FLEXLINE600 CAMLOCK is a CNC double side through feed drill, glue, dowel and Camlock insertion machine which combines maximum level of flexibility in panel processing with simultaneously high capacity. The machine has been designed as an overall solution for vertical and horizontal edge drilling, dowel and different customized Camlock insertion such as Rafix, Minifix, Cam.

Average of 4 to 6 panels per minute depending on task and batch size. Panels are processed and are ready for assembly. The machine configuration allows the use in line with other machines or as standing alone workstation with or without loading and unloading.

The main feature of this machine is the capability to process different work pieces with no manual set up, maintaining high productivity working speed.
