OMAL INSERT DW2500 is a 3 axis CNC machine specifically engineered for the production of wooden doors and windows elements. DW 2500 is designed for flexible drilling of rails and stiles, insert glue and large diameter dowels on windows and doors rails.

The selection of the working reference, left or right position, is executed by CNC. The heavy duty clamps will hold rails horizontally for edge drilling and doweling.

The high pressure glue injection system insures a no-drip glue delivery system with electronic precision metering of the glue amount.
