The OPTIMA 60 SNC is a pusher cut-off machine for material optimization and cutting of bundled elements. 
It is equipped with the latest generation Numerical Control with a 10.4" adjustable screen. The Touch Screen display combines reliability, ease of use and ensures the ergonomic position of the operator. 
The pusher includes a linear encoder and can be complemented with a pneumatic vertical gripper to ensure absolutely precise positioning of the workpiece (tolerance +/- 0.15 mm). The cutting area can be equipped with an intelligent horizontal pneumatic pressor system to constantly ensure the squareness of the cut pieces. 
Cutting lists can be loaded via RJ45 Ethernet port, allowing connection to the company network, via on-board USB port, or via direct keyboard input. 
The software continuously updates the production progress, without interrupting the processing in progress. 
The OPTIMA 60 is capable of performing cuts with drop-down optimization of the various lengths in the cutting list or executing predetermined sequences.
