The Longitudinal Multiple Milling Machine is an high performance machine, designed to perform longitudinal multiple precision "V" grooves or other shapes, on panels already size, even with finished surfaces, coated with PVC, wooden sheets, plastic laminates or various.

Initially designed to be inserted in continuous processing lines for the production of Hi-Fi loudspeakers ("V" grooving and subsequent folding with other machinery), it is also used for those products that require central milling on the panel, no-passing channels at the head or even to divide the pieces into two, such as for drawers.

The "FML" is made with processing capacity in widths of 65, 92, 130 and 160 cm, the "FML" can be supplied with special equipment, in based on customer production needs.

The machine is equipped with a feeding unit consisting of rubber-coated driving rollers; pressure groups, formed by rows of rubber free wheels, which can be positioned horizontally and simultaneously adjustable according to the thickness of the panel to be machined, to keep the piece well pressed during the milling phase; lateral fences in plastic laminate, adjustable simultaneously by handwheel according to the width of the panel, to guide the piece in the milling area.

The head carrying trolleys, which slide on the front and rear side of a ground steel beam anchored to the back of the machine milling heads, installed on the head-carrying carriages, equipped with adjustable spindles according to the depth of the milling to be obtained.
